How can you measure your foot?

We have created a visual guide so you can choose your size. To do so, simply follow these steps.

  • Step 1

Place a piece of paper on the floor against the wall. Make sure the paper is larger than your foot and that the wall is flat.

  • Step 2

Place your foot on the paper with your heel touching the wall. As you position yourself, make sure the paper doesn't slide and stays in contact with the wall.

  • Step 3

With a pencil or marker, trace the outline of the front of your foot, keeping it completely vertical and making sure it doesn't slip under your toes. Remember not to use a pencil or marker that is too thick in order to get the most accurate measurement possible.

  • Step 4

Repeat the process with your other foot. Measurements can vary between feet, so it is recommended to measure both. It is important to use the longest measurement obtained from the two.

  • Step 5

To measure the distance, use a tape measure or a ruler from the bottom edge of the paper to the longest point of your foot's outline. Use the size chart in cm to find your size.

*Please allow for a measurement margin of error of ±0.5 cm.

  • Step 6

When choosing the correct size, keep in mind that the shoe should fit as snugly as possible to your foot. For this type of fit, we always recommend a size equal to or smaller (up to -0.5 cm) than the measurement obtained on paper.

*Example: Your paper measurement was 27.3 centimeters. Your usual size is 43/44 in conventional footwear. You should choose size 43 (27 cm) for a snug fit.

Recommendations

Due to the morphological differences of each foot, your usual size may fit tighter or looser than desired. The following recommendations can help you assess whether your foot needs a different size.

  • Toe length

It is important to know that feet have different toe lengths. This can cause issues with your shoe size. We recommend taking your foot measurement sample and considering the following:

Roman: equal to or smaller than the measurement obtained.

Square: equal to the measurement obtained.

Greek: equal to the measurement obtained.

Egyptian: smaller than the measurement obtained.

*The use of narrow and rigid conventional shoes can cause changes to your toes. Some of the most common issues are hammer toes, claw toes, or mallet toes. If you have any toe deformities or issues, it is best to consult your podiatrist to help correct the problem before using our shoes.

  • Instep height

Regarding instep height, our shoes can adapt perfectly to different types, thanks to the elasticity of our X-Knit fabric. If you feel pressure on your foot due to a higher instep, our recommendation in this case would be to try removing the inner insole.

  • Foot width

Our shoes adapt perfectly to different foot widths. The material we use allows for a wider or narrower fit without compressing, thanks to its elasticity. Our recommendation in this case is to measure your feet and choose the size closest to the measurement obtained.
