Shipping to Europe
- We ship to: EU countries only.
- Rates: Spain: €5
- Rest of the EU: €8
(The exact cost will be shown at checkout.) - Delivery time: 2–10 business days depending on the destination.
- Tracking: All orders include a tracking number.
Important: We do not ship outside the European Union. No additional tariffs apply within the EU.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel or modify your order from the customer area as long as your order is not in transit.

GallonShark Return Policy
At GallonShark, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:
General Conditions (European Union)
- Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return (right of withdrawal).
- Product condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. To protect the product, please place the footwear box inside a shipping bag or envelope. Returns will not be accepted if the shipping label has been pasted directly onto the original footwear box.
- Costs: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
Shipping Logistics and Costs
To ensure proper management, the return process is as follows:
- Location: For both Spain (Mainland) and the rest of Europe, the customer will be responsible for managing, shipping, and paying the shipping costs of the return to our logistics warehouse in Murcia (Spain).
- Tracking and insurance: It is highly recommended to send your return using a shipping company that offers tracking and insurance. GallonShark is not responsible for returns lost in transit; using a tracked service protects you in case the package does not reach our warehouse.
- Cost exception: The only exception in which we will cover the return shipping costs is in the case of defective or damaged products.
Important note: To obtain the shipping details and the exact address of our logistics warehouse, it is essential to contact our team at gallonshark@gmail.com. Packages sent without prior notice or authorization will not be accepted.
Additional Information
- Exchanges: Direct product exchanges are not available. You must process a return and place a new order if you wish to get another size or model.
- Gift Items: If the order includes gifts (such as socks), they must be returned intact. For hygiene reasons, opening or using the socks invalidates their return. If they are not returned in perfect condition, their commercial value will be deducted from the final refund.
How to make a return
- Write us an email at gallonshark@gmail.com indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Our team will respond by providing the exact address of our logistics warehouse in Murcia.
- Prepare the package properly (following the packaging guidelines) and send it through your preferred shipping company.
- Once received and verified at our warehouse, we will proceed to issue the corresponding refund.
