Shipping to Europe

• We ship to: EU countries only.
• Rates: Spain: €5
• Rest of the EU: €8

• Delivery time: 2–10 business days depending on the destination.
• Tracking: All orders include a tracking number.

Important: We do not ship outside the European Union. No additional tariffs apply within the EU.

You can cancel or modify your order from the customer area as long as your order is not in transit.

At GallonShark, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• European Union (EU): You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return (right of withdrawal according to EU consumer regulations). The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
• Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or unpackaged products. Defective or incorrectly ordered products will be replaced at no additional cost.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. In any case, no product exchanges will be made.
