You can cancel or modify your order from the customer area as long as your order is not in transit.

You can request a refund for your order from the customer area , as long as it complies with our return conditions.

You have 14 days to return your order. After this period we will not be able to accept your return.

Once the return has been accepted, the requested amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days after the item arrives at our facilities.

The cost of return will be borne by the customer. In any case, product exchanges will not be made.
