HOW CAN YOU MEASURE YOUR FOOT?
We've created a visual guide to help you choose your size. To do so, just follow these steps.
Multiple columns
-
Step 1
Place a piece of paper on the floor against a wall. Make sure the paper is larger than your foot and that the wall is flat.
-
Step 2
Place your foot on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Make sure the paper doesn't slip and stays in contact with the wall when positioning.
-
Step 3
Using a pencil/marker, trace the outline of the front of your foot so that it is completely vertical and does not go under your toes. Remember not to use a pencil/marker that is too thick to get the most accurate measurement possible.
-
Step 4
Repeat the process with the other foot. Measurements from one foot to the other may vary, so it is recommended to measure both feet. It is important to use the longest measurement obtained from the two measurements.
-
Step 5
To measure the distance, use a tape measure or ruler from the bottom edge of the paper to the longest point of the foot circumference. Use the measurement chart in cm to find your size.
*Please allow for a measurement error of +-0.5cm.
-
Step 6
When choosing the correct size, you should make sure the shoe fits your foot as snugly as possible. For this type of fit, we always recommend a size equal to or smaller (up to 0.5 cm) than the size measured on paper.
*Example: Your paper measurement measured 27.3 centimeters. Your usual shoe size is 43/44. You should choose size 43 (27 cm) for a snug fit.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Due to the morphological differences of each foot, your usual size may be tighter or wider than desired. The following recommendations can help you assess whether your foot needs a different size.

Finger length
It's important to know that feet have different toe lengths. This can cause problems with your shoe size. We recommend taking your foot measurement sample and keeping the following in mind:
- Roman: equal to or smaller than the size obtained in the measurement.
- Square: equal to the size obtained in the measurement.
- Greek: equal to the size obtained in the measurement.
- Egyptian: smaller than the size obtained in the measurement.
*Wearing narrow, rigid conventional shoes can cause toe changes. Some of the most common problems are hammertoes, claw toes, or mallet toes. If you have any toe changes, it's best to consult your podiatrist to help correct them before using our shoes. -
Instep height
As for the instep height, our shoes can adapt perfectly to different types of feet, thanks to the elasticity of our X-Knit fabric. If you feel pressure on your foot due to a higher instep, we recommend removing the insole.
-
Foot width
Our shoes adapt perfectly to different foot widths. Our material allows for a wider or narrower fit without being constricting, thanks to its elasticity. In this case, we recommend measuring your feet and choosing the size closest to your measurement.
