Our shoes come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase, provided they have been used under normal use conditions and only for products purchased on GallonShark.com (products sold on other platforms are excluded from the warranty).

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme conditions, or product modifications. If you discover any manufacturing defects in your shoes during the warranty period, please contact us with your purchase receipt to begin the evaluation process.

If the defect is confirmed to be covered by our warranty, we will offer one of the following solutions, as appropriate: repair, replacement, or full or partial refund of the product.

To ensure your claim is processed correctly, we recommend keeping your purchase receipt and ensuring the shoes are in their original condition when you file your claim.
